people are racist because they do not believe in equality amongst everyones race. some people think only one race is ‘superior’. the kkk is a prime example of people not believing in everyones equality. there are things happening all over the world to young people. as a young coloured male, i have seen many people struggle to proceed because of ‘discrimination’. to say ‘my hands are up, please dont shoot’ is quite sad to know. everyone should be equal and not have to struggle in a world where racism overpowers you.

i think coloured people can be just as rasict. a recent documentary showed a very hurt black woman shouting racist slurs at a white man. the fact this man was just videoing for the bbc shocked me as i did not know we could be so hurtful to someone because of what ‘their people’ have done. however i think we can be rasict to each other, constantly slurring the n word at each other, but are ready to fight those of a different colour or race.
